When you communicate with us through any of our channels, we collect your contact details: your name, email address, address, telephone number and fax number. We transfer the personal data we collect about you to entities within the DXN organisation, and to third party service providers that process it on our behalf. Some of them are located in countries other than the one where the data was originally collected, and the laws of those countries may not offer the same level of protection. Wherever your personal data travels, we protect it as this notice describes and in accordance with applicable law.

We maintain appropriate technical and organisational security safeguards, designed to protect the personal data we process against accidental, unlawful or unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.

We store personal data for as long as it takes to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, set out under How we use it above, unless the law requires or allows otherwise.

The right to access

You can ask for confirmation of whether your personal data is being processed and, where it is, for access to that data. You can also ask us for a copy of it.

The right to rectification

You can ask us to correct personal data about you that you think is inaccurate, and to complete data you think is incomplete. This right always applies.

The right to erasure

Also known as the right to be forgotten. You can request the deletion or removal of your data where there is no compelling reason for us to keep using it. It is not a general right: there are exceptions, for example where we have a legal obligation to keep your data.

The right to restrict processing

This right covers personal data you gave us yourself. You can ask us to transfer it to another organisation, or to give it to you.

Where we process your personal data to pursue our legitimate interests, you can object at any time. If you object, we stop, unless we have strong and legitimate reasons to continue using your data.

The right to lodge a complaint

If you have concerns about the way we handle or process your personal data, contact our Data Protection Officer, who will investigate the matter and report back to you. If our response still does not satisfy you, the law of the country where you live or work may give you the right to complain to a data protection regulator.

DXN may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will tell you about any significant change on the relevant DXN websites, in official DXN publications, or through other appropriate communication channels. All changes take effect from the date of publication, unless the notification says otherwise.
